    Grounded and unshakably real

Clients say it’s like sitting with someone who just gets it. No judgment. No fluff. Just real presence, deep listening, and honest insight.

Shan cuts straight to the deeper patterns. She sees the source of emotional pain fast and knows how to help shift it at the root.

For those ready to go deep

Whether you’ve lost your spark or just want more from life, Shan brings insight, strategy, and soul-level support to help you rise.

She is an author, mental health and wellbeing advocate, educator, and facilitator who believes personal growth and transformation are possible in the face of crippling depression and anxiety, self-sabotage, and self-defeat. She is living proof of it.

Shan supports motivated clients to overcome persistent stress, anxiety and depression by letting go of limitations and fears so they can learn to express themselves fully, develop self-acceptance and self-love, and start living with enthusiasm and vigour once again.

Her pioneering THINK Method blends emotional resetting therapies and techniques with powerful mindset coaching and conditioning to support clients to (re)discover deeper connections with themselves emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.

Central to Shan’s work is her belief that each of us already holds the key to unlocking our own potential for healing and, ultimately, thriving; it’s just a matter of being shown how to use it.

Shan knows what it takes to conquer and convert inner demons to inner strengths.

She has overcome high-functioning chronic depression and generalised anxiety disorder, low self-worth, inner conflict, anger, sadness, and drug and alcohol misuse, “all while building and, at times, rebuilding my relationship with my partner, which was tough”, she says.

The key to better quality living, Shan says, is to let go of the way we were taught to live our lives and be brave enough to follow our own lead, even if that means other people won’t agree with or support us.

Shan works with women, men, and couples, as well as small business owners and clinicians branching out into private practice, helping them discover and unleash their inner CEO for business success.

When she’s not coaching, she is a master declutterer, organiser, writer, and keen highway adventurer, never passing up the opportunity to hit the open road. She’s a huge fan of rock music spanning all the decades and can put on a stellar loungeroom performance with a hairbrush microphone and air guitar 😁

“We were born to express ourselves. The reason so many people are struggling is because they’re hiding away parts of themselves that so desperately need some air time. We all deserve to set ourselves free from the limitations of our upbringings and let ourselves live this one precious life the way we want to.”
