Shan Clayton is a therapist, mindset coach and group facilitator, who believes every human has the potential to achieve mental and emotional balance and wellbeing, no matter the extent of their personal tragedy, it’s just a matter of being shown how. She is living proof that it’s possible to overcome chronic depression and anxiety without the need for medication. She is a fervent mental health and wellbeing advocate with qualifications in counselling, mental health ‘first aid’ and crisis support, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, results coaching and breathwork. Based in North Queensland, she works online with women and men throughout Australia.
